Generally at WOT you want to have the AFR be between around 13.1, it'll always vary a bit. Generally its a best practice to run a little richer (12.5 - 12.9) at high RPM (8000+) to keep the cylinders cooler. If it isn't exactly in this range your car isn't going to blow up. Honda's EFI system has a habit of learning and correcting itself with time.
