Hey guys im new to tuning and anything that has to do with tuning but I just had a quick question regarding being able to run a stage 2 map without aftermarket headers? I have a k&n sri and a greddy ti-c catback but i dont have the headers yet =/ i was interested in running the stage 2 map because it has lower vtec engagement window.  I don't have the tuner software either so I don't know how to lower it without using a stage map. would i risk destroying my engine if i run it?  Much help would be appreciated. Thanks

Might not ruin your engine,

Might not ruin your engine, but you would probably ruin an O2 sensor or 2. You can lower the vtec engagment without running stage 2. Try the map located HERE. You can run this map until the new ATR is released and you are able to copy your MAF calibration over. With your MAF calibration carried over, this map will run even better on your car.

Thank u dan for your input.

Thank u dan for your input.  I've uploaded the stage 2 map and tried it 4 a bit and I actually like it! my car has no signs of any problems.  Air to fuel ratio stayed pretty much the same from my version 1 map. So I'll see what happens. But I will try the recommended map that you suggested to me.  Thanks!
